The role of the clinical instructor or preceptor is complex, intense and demanding. A clinical instructor or preceptor is usually flying solo, in a nursing setting with one student or a whole group. The goal of our project is to provide clinical nursing instructors and preceptors with helpful hints, tricks of the trade and wisdom from the front line.
