The nursing faculty held a forum this week to celebrate the successes of its Peer Program, a peer leadership program that capitalizes on senior students’ strengths to model, support and guide junior students’ learning while also providing a wonderful experiential opportunity for soon-to-be nurses to explore the role of nurse educator.
