Doctoral candidate Lorelli Nowell has been invited to attend the competitive Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing Emerging Scholars Forum (University of Toronto) this May to present on her research topic, Current state of mentorship in nursing academia.

The invite-only program welcomes early career nurse scholars from top tier nursing faculties from around the world. The forum is designed to foster a strong foundation for nurses embarking on a career in research. By bringing together the next generation of leading nurse scientists to share their research, the aim of the forum is to promote critical international networking and opportunities to advance nursing science.  Participants are selected for the two day symposium via a peer review application process.
