Biography
Dr. Liddle holds 17 years of leadership experience in both private and public health care organizations. Dr. Liddle is the Canadian leading exert in complaints management and has partnered with Innovates Calgary to design a micro learning platform that certifies leaders to utilize the Querulous Complaint Assessment Instrument and Process. Her current focus is the examination of administratively fair complaints management processes in continuing care. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she supervises students, offers ongoing in-services and education sessions, as well as lectures for multiple faculties at the UofC.
