Biography
Carol Gray is vice-president and co-founder of TallTrees Leadership®, an executive coaching and leadership development company. Her current roles encompass coaching and leadership development for professionals with a specific focus on health care leaders.
Prior to specializing in the coaching and leadership field, she was a seasoned health care leader spanning over three decades of leadership at all levels including VP and SVP, in Alberta Health Services and former health authorities. She had the privilege to lead major initiatives that have contributed to access and quality of health care for individuals and communities. Her extensive experience includes teaching leadership and management for graduate level nursing students.
