Her research interests include career choice and professional identity development. She created and led the Career Exploration Program within UME, which includes career coaching and career development with the guidance of a preceptor.

Dr. Davis was the program director of the Anesthesiology Residency Program. She is also a member of UME’s Reimagining Medical Education Committee, which is redesigning CSM’s undergraduate medical school curriculum.

Please join me in congratulating Dr. Davis on her new leadership appointment within the CSM.
