Marilyn Willison-Leach

Marilyn Willison-Leach, RN, BScN, MN is a Masters prepared registered nurse in the position of Vice President – Care & Clinical Services with AgeCare Communities of Care & Wellness.  She is accountable for ensuring all AgeCare continuing care communities meet and/or exceed Provincial Care standards, Accreditation Canada standards, quality care and resident safety while providing the best quality of life experience for residents. AgeCare has over 2000 beds in three provinces (BC, Alberta, Ontario) of independent seniors living, designated supportive living, dementia care and long-term care. She is also accountable for our quality management framework and education across all care communities.  We support many practicum students across our communities and participate in research and quality improvement initiatives with various partners. She has worked in health care her entire career within nephrology, interprofessional education, workforce optimization, healthcare simulation and continuing care.
