Lillian Rallison

Dr. Rallison’s research interests are in the area of Palliative Care and Oncology. She has an extensive clinical and administrative background in pediatric oncology and palliative care. Her doctoral research was a hermeneutic study of the experience of families caring for a child with a progressive neurodegenerative illness. Dr. Rallison is currently involved in a research team exploring the anticipatory grief of family caregivers throughout the illness and death of their family member and into bereavement. Dr. Rallison is active at the local, national, and international levels of palliative care and oncology nursing.
