Professor to be published in Supreme Court Law Review
Professor Howard Kislowicz and co-author Kathryn Chan will publish part one of their research findings in an upcoming issue of the journal.
The article, titled "Divine Intervention, Part I: A Study of the Operation and Impact of Non-Governmental Interveners in Canadian Religious Freedom Litigation," is part one of a two-year project to explore the role that interveners play in Canadian cases involving religious freedom claims, and offers a first report of the findings, and a discussion of questions that remain.
Howard and Kathryn's project received a SSHRC Insight Development Grant in 2017.
