Promotional Items Request Form

NAT occasionally has items with the UCalgary Nursing logo that faculty/staff can give to visitors to the faculty or for faculty members to offer as tokens when they are presenting at a conference/giving a lecture outside UCalgary.

Please make your request at least 10 working days in advance of when you require the items. After you have submitted your request, please allow 2-3 business days for an email reply from our team.

Depending on the visitors and the event/activity, the maximum we can offer of any one item in the “small token” category is 20. The more expensive items are distributed on a case-by-case basis.

Should you require more items/something different and have a budget, please let us know and we can discuss options.

Small token items may include:

Lip balm
Hand sanitizer
Pens
Pads of paper
Post-it notes

Larger, more expensive items, may include:

Red lunch bags
Blankets
Journals

*Please note that items vary. We are happy to take requests for what you would like to see and, when funding is available, investigate costs. If you require something and have a budget for purchase of items, please describe what you're looking for and how much you can spend. Based on your needs, we will liaise with our supplier and provide you with a quote.
