Reflecting and Feedback on Teaching Practice

Reflective teaching practice enables educators to reliably and accurately, judge their approach to education, planning and design of learning experiences, and assessment, evolving their approach over time to support optimal student learning (Brookfield, 2017; Janse, 2020). 

This micro-credential is designed to introduce you to the concept of critical reflective teaching, its essential components, and benefits. Each participant has an opportunity to engage in collaborative peer reveiw of their teaching and participate in learning experiences to support making sense of student feedback to inform their teaching practice development.

Completion Criteria

1. Submit a video/audio/written recorded message or one paragraph written reflection expressing the value of being involved in collaborative peer feedback on teaching practice.
