Biography

Lori MacIsaac is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with the Urban Community Palliative Care Consult Team. She is certified with the Canadian Nurses Association for Hospice Palliative Care Nursing. Lori has a strong passion for palliative and end of life care and developing ways to enhance primary palliative care knowledge and skill within front line health care professionals. 

Lori has presented as a guest lecturer in both undergraduate and graduate level courses including the Philosophy and Practice in Palliative Care and Optimizing Comfort and Quality of Living in Palliative and End of Life Care. In addition to her participation over the last 14 years in the classroom setting, Lori has been a preceptor for graduate students.
